Britt’s passion for wellness originally semmed from a place of crisis. After struggling with physical and mental health issues in college, Britt took a gap year to live in Japan where he discovered meditation and yoga. Inspired by the Zen philosophy of mindfulness, Britt went through an enlightening transformation resulting in a love for thoughtful movement and holistic healing. One should synchronize their body and mind through meditation. Consciousness, exercise, and nutrition will increase your body awareness. After losing over 60 lbs during his stay in Japan, Britt came back to the United States rejuvenated, ready to share his love for wellness though a career in fitness.
