At Mudra we are proud to offer our yogis the possibility to enjoy their practice in different locations; classes will be taught in outdoor yoga decks in the jungle and in other unique locations: the magical Mayan cenotes. These are places sacred to the Maya and where the yoga practice will allow our yogis to connect with mother nature whilst their experience will be enhanced by the surrounding natural elements and by the sounds of ancestral instruments. The outcome of the practice is a feeling of being invigorated and connected with the place and the local people in a more intimate way.
