COVID -19

In view of the unprecedented circumstances due to the global Covid-19 pandemic, all cancellations occurring because of the Covid-19, will be subjected to different cancellations terms than our general ones.
Cancellations due to Covid-19 can only be accepted for the following three cases:

1. Guests affected by travel restrictions, applied by their own country or the country of destination
2. The traveller is a doctor or person carrying out a duty in relation to COVID-19 virus
3. The health authorities have identified or suspected that guests have been infected by the COVID-19 virus
