Cancellation Terms Tulum Retreat

A deposit is due at time of booking. The full payment is due before 30 days prior to arrival. For any cancellation, before 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit can be transferred to the next available Mudra retreat within 12 months. For any cancellation within 30 days and including the 30th day prior to arrival , any paid amount can not be either refunded or transferred. Mudra Retreats does not own or operate any entity which provides goods or services for your trip including, for example, lodging facilities, transportation companies, food service providers, equipment suppliers, etc. As a result, it is not liable for any negligent or willful act of any other third party. By booking with us: You will agree to be responsible for your own welfare and accept any and all risks of delay, unanticipated events, inconvenience, illness, injury, emotional trauma or death. You will release and discharge Mudra retreats from and against any and all liabilities from your participation in the retreat. You will agree that this release will be legally binding upon you personally and all members of your party. Please ensure you have a travel insurance before you travel.
